Apple’s iPad Mini Event to Focus More iBooks Features
Apple’s iPad Mini Event to Focus More iBooks Features - Recently there has been a lot of rumoring and speculating about an Apple event being held on the 23th of October specifically for the much-anticipated iPad Mini. But according to recent reports, that October 23rd event is being said to be more focused on the iBooks than the iPad Mini itself.

The iPad Mini is rumored to be a smaller and cheaper version of the iPad with a smaller 7.85 inch screen and the older A5 chip. Basically, it looks like that Apple is aiming to go after Amazon which is a world’s leader in e-books with its Kindle range. Amazon just recently introduced the Kindle Fire HD which is an extremely cheap $199 tablet with all the capabilities of a Kindle as well as a tablet. Even the specs match those of a high end tablet. And Apple seems to be going after it by promoting their own iBooks store.
Apple has enjoyed a decent success so far with iBooks and it seems to be building on that success by offering the people a cheaper and more portable variant of the iPad to make them buy more from its e-books store.
