Method 1:

Reset your network settings by Navigating to

Settings App –> General –> Reset –> Reset Network Settings then your iPhone will Restart.

Method 2:

Enable Restrictions for about 5 seconds and disable it back again.

Navigate to Settings App –> General –> Restrictions. 

Method 3:

Rest your WIFI then Reboot your iPhone and try again.

Navigate to Settings App –> WiFi –> {YourWiFiNetwork}

Method 4:

Check your date and time and time zone.

Navigate to Settings App –> General –> Date & Time.
Disable Set Automatically.
If the date and time correct, enable Set Automatically.

Method 5:

Uninstall iBooks and install it back again.

    Here’s what I did to resolve this issue:

    Navigate to Settings > General > Network.

    - Toggle “Cellular Data” to enable.

  3. I’m in an area where there is no WiFi or mobile service .but when I charge my iPhone the battery keep draining out.why?

    My guess is your phone is constantly searching for service. Try turning airplane mode on if you want to conserve your battery.

    I tried every thing….. Nothing worked for me … At the end I went in setting => General => reset => reset all settings ….. After that I m in peace … Everything is working perfectly …. This option just reset my phone setting … Nothing happend with my data or apps… Hope it will work for others…thnx

    I was getting the error only In ibooks so I turned off use cellular data for iBooks and kept wifi on and it worked fine after that

    I tried all the fixes for moths and nothing worked. So every now and then I Tried again and got even more frustrated how this stupid problem is still going and not have been fixed by apple workers.
    now.. About the fix. as the problem accured for me only for ibooks, i deleted it and downloaded again. So its finally working. I was sooooooo mad for months although. I am Not the biggest apple fan!!!!

      change time to 2 month later. and try to connect to the store again.
      It worked for me!
