But now no games are or entertainment apps present earlier are working.
Also whenever I try to download any app from APPstore it gives error that ios 4.3 is required.

You are SOL since they are requesting you to upgrade software means they don’t have the cpmpatability for your software 4.2.1. Your only choice is to upgrade to newer device since 3g will not go any higher since all windows are closed for the 4.3.3. Sorry
