    Still can’t find the option to select ” Use Cellular Data “

    Only iPhone 4S / 5 and iPad 3 / 4 & iPad mini can use Factime over cellular!

    don’t work on iPhone4 or under on of, no matter how many times you call someone dummy don’t make it so, chummmmmmm P.
