Do you know at least what is meant by copyright? All companies would like to be at the top level.. Let’s take an example, if you’re running a company and you find out that someone is manufacturing same product as yours.. Would you tolerate that? I don’t think so.. That is what is happening out there.. Apple is fighting for their own good because it’s like Samsung doing something that we called “COPYRIGHT”.. It’s unfair.. Companies are very serious about copyright .. Copyright is very restricted by law. Just take a look at the apple Mac mini and Samsung chromebox.. They are completely looked the same.. It’s all about winning.. Apple and Samsung will both do everything to win but cheating and stealing is a very bad thing.. That’s why Apple sued Samsung many times. Just read the article about iPad and Samsung’s tablet and you will see what is unfair and fair.

You realize that apple only DESIGNS products, not the.components in them, and a lot of the.components are outsourced from.companies such as SHARP, Qualcomm, foxconn, etc,.. and if it wasn’t for samsung being around and being a leading techonological company(they don’t.jus make phones!), apple would not be what it is today either. So they’re products look similar, you honestly believe jobbs/apple has the right to patent a rectangle with rounded corners? Apple simply upset that samsung.is making better,faster,more capable and open sourc devices and stealing away from apple’s bottom line. Apple “only” designs products? It’s because of the design that people buy them, and it’s something that Apple has obviously put a lot of money and effort into developing: a beautiful, consistent design aesthetic for their products that make them appealing to consumers. If people only cared about the components of the products they purchase, we’d all be talking to each other on a bunch of electronic components held together with duct tape. If you want a cheap copy of an iPhone, be my guest. but try to keep your resentment in check and give Steve Jobs and Sir Jonathan Ive credit for the beautiful intuitive design of Apple products.
