This takes a little power and you probably don’t need to be notified of every little thing that every app wants to tell you. Go into your iPhone’s notification “Settings” –> “Notifications” —> “turn off ” for any app you don’t really care about.
- If nothing works out, try a Restore

I don’t seem to have any battery issues with the current 5.1.1 even with all the battery draining settings still on… This upcoming update 5.1.2 is more like plugging the exploits that pod2g used in his jailbreak….
Seriously!!! What’s the point in having a smartphone if you are encouraged to turn everything off to save battery? Surely, the battery will stay charged even longer if you switch the bloody thing off completely!
After disabling all these, what then becomes the use of this smartphone?
It was purchased solely for the use of all the above and most of them are needed on all d time to get alerts n other important things whilst on the go! I believe the expensive handset should have a considerable amount of investment put towards battery technology! Why can’t all these companies develop a system that has a very long battery life? this is the 21st century, there has to be something that can be done
Such as life
I don’t have any battery issues at all… my batter last me a couple days even with internet and 3g and wifi on… now playing games drains it a bit but i still get a more than acceptable amount of battery life out of a charge…
Insanelyi ” Battery Fix ios5 ” Cydia tweak works great.
