How To Remove All Cydia Tweaks At Once By One Step :

Step 1 : launch Cydia from your SpringBoard

Step 2: After launching Cydia select “Manage” tab and tap on the “Packages” section.

Step 3: Packages section will give you the installed Cydia tweaks Scroll through the list and search for “Mobile Substrate”.

Step 4: Tap on “Mobile Substrate”  and then tap on the “Modify” button.

Step 5: You will now be informed by the screen below with three choices choose “Remove” button 

Step 6: Now after tapping on Remove button you will get the screen below with all the installed tweaks on your device then select “Confirm”

You device will start removing all your installed cydia tweaks and after finishing, Cydia will give you a message to “Restart Springboard” of your iOS device tap on it.
