iMac New Design Slimmer, Lighter And Faster
iMac New Design Slimmer, Lighter And Faster - Ever thought the iMac was thicker, heavier or slower? I don’t think that anyone did but still Apple needs to make sure no one ever does as they’ve just announced a new redesigned iMac which is not only slimmer and lighter, but is much faster with a new fusion drive.
Apple has used a new building process called the fricton stir welding, where the actual molecules of the aluminum are merged together to make a single piece but I don’t think that anyone will care about that, because the looks of the iMac are enough to impress them. The new iMac has a 45% thinner display which is also 75% less reflective. It also includes upto 4 USB 3.0 ports, up to 32GB of RAM(I’ve re-read it and it sure is RAM, not some kind of memory space), up to a 3TB HDD or a 768GB SSD. Along with that Apple has also included a new “Apple Fusion drive” with 128GB flash storage mates with the 1TB or 3TB HDD you choose.
