Can an app REALLY tell you how much radiation its device is exactly emitting!?
I’m no expert, but I would think that you’d need an external monitor to measure radiation (not a jailbreak app). Furthermore, I would also think that a device will emits different amounts of radiation depending on how it is being used at that point in time. This article gives us no further information making me believe that it’s nothing more than a hoax.
No, an app can’t detect emitted radiation, period. This crap was designed to sell apps, not science.
Actually, as long as there’s an internal control for how strong your signal is, most modern electronic devices have the ability to MANUALLY control how much radiation they cause. The iPhone must have these, since the jailbroken wi-fi hotspot app allows you to change the broadcast strength in 10% increments.
