The idea of this rumor came into existence back in February after 4 months of the release of iPhone 4S. This rumor was started by iMore, however later Techcrunch and now Reuters promoted this idea. However, there is one question still teasing the minds of many tech enthusiasts that what will happen to the current 30-pin dock accessories available in the market. iMore has answered this question by saying that Apple will introduce a 30-pin dock adapter with the next-gen iPhone.

Here’s what they posted on their Weblog:

“While this seems like it should have been filed in the obvious drawer, because of all the questions we’ve been getting, and posts we’ve been seeing, iMore reached out to the original sources that gave us the new Dock connector story way back in February just to make doubly sure — and yes, there will be an adapter for the iPhone 5?s smaller dock connector that will let it work with many of the accessories designed for the old 30-pin Dock connector.”

One thing is not confirmed yet that either Apple will give the dock Adaptor with the new iPhone or users will have to buy it separately. However, Next-gen iPhone is said to have 1GB ram, NFC, LTE Technology, Nano SIM and in-cell technology.

Now this makes a perfect sense of releasing next-gen iPhone with a smaller dock connector. What do you think?
