LaunchSpeak Cydia tweak developed by fr0st allows you to input your own text that you want iOS to speak when you launch an application, so that you are not restricted by default words made by the developer, this tweak also gives you the ability to toggle the tweak on and off, if you are in quite location.
LaunchSpeak will require you to reboot your device every time you change the text from the text input box. If you don’t then iOS won’t speak your changes to the text until you do.
