The main problem is that this information was not known broadly when the Pre-orders started. Most of the people who are waiting for an unlocked iPhone 5 from September 21, could have ordered online to get the unlocked iPhone. Now the scenario is changed and they will have to wait for another 14-21 days to get an unlocked iPhone 5 in Canada.
